They offered more than I had expected. At the start of my tour, United airlines canceled my first flight & I missed all my cojoining flights. They rerouted me, but instead of landing in Ethiopia, I landed in Nairobi (and 12 hours later). This Uganda safari tour operator made sure I had a contact in Nairobi in case my flight to Kilimanjaro was canceled. I felt very secure and all the accommodations they had arranged for me during my trip were excellent
It's been my dream to take a trip to Tanzania.
